Easy way to get rid of annoying Default Apps on iPhone
When you start up an iPhone, it comes with a whole host of apps you don’t want - and will probably never use.
Apple Watch, for instance - or Books, or iStocks.
But someone just found a quick and easy way to get rid of them - making the things disappear off your home page, and freeing up precious space.
YouTuberAlmost videosdebarraquito offers a simple guide.
First, put the apps you want to get rid of into a folder. You drag one app onto another to create a folder.
Open the folder, press and hold the offending app until it wobbles. Then drag it onto the next page, then the next page after that.
Tap the home button - and the app will disappear by flying into the top-left corner of the screen.
The app has just vanished off your Home screen - if you need it, you can find it via built-in search.
And if for some reason, you start craving to have Books or Compass on your Home screen again, you can restore them by restarting the watch.
