You cannot edit your own posts after 3 hrs, if you dont have more then 1000 posts. Then in that case if you want to edit your thread/post just hit the button with a valid reason.

2. Read the Registration Agreement carefully and click "I Agree" button below.
3. Fill the Registration form with a valid email id, (All Fields are compulsory) And click "Submit Registration" button below
4. By now your Account will be created but not yet Activated, To Activate your account check the inbox of your mail id which you have given in the registration form. If you dont see the activation mail in your inbox, Please check your spam folder. and just click the Activation link in the Mail.
5. Thats it! Now you are registered in en.roksbi.ru .

2. Click "New Thread" icon , Select Proper Prefix , Give a Suitable Title to your thread.
3. Give Thread Options like Signature/Subscription/Poll options
4. Add Attachments if you would like to , And the Press the "Post Thread" Button
5. If you have Opted to have Poll for your thread then you will be taken to Poll options, There you can give your Poll a Name and fill the Options for Voting, Select Poll Preferences and then click "Post New Poll" Button
6. That's it your Thread and Poll has been posted Successfully
