Should we do Masterbation or Not? Is it safe for boys & girls?

Yes from girls to boys its a very much insane fact to know whether its good or bad? whether its a problem or not?

So, here i am gonna tell you that its not a problem nor its harmful but excess of everything is harmful. Girls as well boys masterbate but who else do this in a limited way is good but those who used to masterbate each & every day 3-4 times. They may lost they hair as well as their strength. Their stamina, body growth may also be affected.

When we drink water then its good for health but when we drink water 20 glass a day then we need to go to toilet each time.

We love what is wrong. If we grow up after masterbate then its good but if we stick to that then it could harm a major part of your body.
