Discussion Trip to Goa with my hot Wife!

Hi all, we are couple married since last 3 years and our life was very mechanical all these years, I love my wife she means the whole world to me, i want to take her to Goa. its her dream too, but I don't know where to stay there? and how to travel frim bangalore.. can anyone give me a plan? my budget is 10,000/- only this much I can afford right now, she wants to wear all those sexy dress and roam arround in the beach.. is it safe?
I am planning to move by December 2'nd week..
