BASIC RULES

1. Do not post any messages that may create any kind of religious, political or communal controversy. These kind of messages are strictly prohibited.
   
2. Do not abuse or misuse the board by posting hatred messages. Do not abuse/threaten/harass a member or his family directly or indirectly
   
3. en.roksbi.ru strictly prohibits trolling. Any post that is inflammatory,extraneous,off-topic with the primary intent of provoking other users in any manner is considered as trolling.
   
4. Do not advertise any commercial products, web sites or services on the board.
   
5. Do not post illegal material on the message board which includes material related to hacking, stolen passwords, and any other material deemed illegal.
   
6. Child pornography and other explicit illegal material is not only disallowed. But if Any member found posting links to, or actively discussing child pornography will be banned without warning.
   
7. Do not upload or post links to any files which may be against the law in any manner.
   
8. en.roksbi.ru has a strict policy against posting copyrighted meterials.
   
9. Requests to passwords and invitations of other sites are not encouraged here. Please refrain from discussions about other sites/forums.

THREAD AND POSTING RULES

1. Selecting Thread Prefix Is A Must.And Select Correct Prefex Which Matches Your Content.Contact Admin To Add An Prefix
   
2. Thread Title Must Not Contain Any Symbols or Special Characters.Thread Title Must Start With Caps {Correct Way Eg: Basic Rules Of en.roksbi.ru},{Wrong Way Eg; ~~!#$%^&*- basic rules of en.roksbi.ru -*&^%$#!~}
   
3. Search Before Starting A Thread If That Topic Is Already Been Posted and Post There.Point is We do not want 10 Threads with thread title {India Won The Worldcup}
   
4. All Posts Must Atleast Have 8 Letters Minimum
   
5. Post Editing Can Be done Only for 3hrs After the Post has been posted.If u need to edit that post after 3hrs Report the Post with a message what needed to be edited or PM section Moderator. But still Users with more then 1000 Posts are free to edit their posts any time.
   
6. For Pictures Posting Strictly Add Your Pictures as Attachments or Use . No Other Image Hosting Allowed Untill You Get Approval From the Admin
   
7. Follow Section Rules Before Starting A Thread In An Particular Section
   
8. Inactive Threads For More Then 90 Days Will Be Junked.If u Need Those Thread Back Contact Forum Officers

Rule Updates 3. Other Adult Websites Watermarked Pics Here and There is Un Avoidable. But if We found or Feel that Watermarked Pics are Posted by a Member on Purpose to Advertise Another Adult Site, Pics Will be removed and Poster will be Banned if Needed Without any Warning

AVATAR RULES

1. Size of the Avatar must be 100 X 100
   
2. File Size must be 25 kilobytes
   
3. UA Content/Child Nudes, Religious, Political, Copyrighted Images not allowed.
   
4. If You receive Warnings 3 times for breaking AV Rules, your AV will be disabled permanently
   

SIGNATURE RULES

1. Allowed Siggy Size is 930px X 200px Bigger Siggy will only be displayed in Scroll Bar
   
2. MyCode can be used in users' signatures
   
3. HTML not allowed to be used in users' signatures
   
4. [img] code can be used in users' signatures
   
5. The maximum number of characters a user can place in a signature is 800
   
6. 10 images (including smilies) a user can put in their signature
   
7. Signatures strictly should not be linked with external websites.Or Get Aproval From The Admin to do it.
   
8. UA Content/Child Nudes, Religious, Political Images not allowed.
   
9. If recived 3 warnings, users Signature will be permanently disabled
   

Member who dont follow the Rules will be given warning, And when the
Warning level Reaches certain % following action will be taken

30% -------- Suspend posting privileges for 2 Hour(s)
40% -------- Suspend posting privileges for 12 Hour(s)
50% -------- Suspend posting privileges for 1 Day(s)
70% -------- Suspend posting privileges for 7 Day(s)
80% -------- Suspend posting privileges for 30 Day(s)
90% -------- Move to banned group (Banned) for 7 Days(s)
100% ------- Move to banned group (Banned) for 30 Day(s)

The Admin team Reserve full rights to Ban any member permanently, with out any warning for severe rule breakers.
The Admin Team Reserve Full rights to Change any rule any time with out any prior Announcements.
