New Zealand was bowled out for just 79 runs in 23.1 overs in the final one-day international on Saturday as India won the five-match series 3-2.

VISAKHAPATNAM, India (AP) — New Zealand was bowled out for just 79 runs in 23.1 overs in the final one-day international on Saturday as India won the five-match series 3-2.
Leg spinner Amit Mishra took 5-18 as the Black Caps lost eight wickets for 16 runs to collapse to their lowest ODI total against India.

Mishra took the man of the match and series awards with 15 wickets overall.

"I was tense after the first two overs. But MS (Dhoni) told me to bowl for wickets. And they didn't stop coming after the first one," the 33-year-old Mishra said.

Chasing its first ODI series win on Indian soil, after the hosts' 269-6, New Zealand got off to a bad start. Umesh Yadav (1-28) bowled Martin Guptill (0) in the first over.

Tom Latham (19) and captain Kane Williamson (27) added 28 runs for the second wicket, before Latham was caught at mid-on as he lobbed a rising delivery from Jasprit Bumrah (1-16).

Ross Taylor put on 35 runs with Williamson for the third wicket. The skipper was caught on 19 at long-off after going for a big shot against Axar Patel (2-9) in the 15th over.

The New Zealand batting then collapsed.

Dhoni completed a smart catch off Taylor off Mishra in the 16th over. Two balls later, the leg spinner bowled BJ Watling for a duck with a googly.

At the other end, debutant Jayant Yadav (1-8) picked his maiden ODI wicket when he trapped Corey Anderson (0) lbw off the last ball of the 19th over. Within the space of next five balls, the visitors lost another two wickets.

Mishra bowled James Neesham and then four balls later Tim Southee was stumped by Dhoni. Two overs later, Mishra completed his second five-wicket haul in ODI cricket, as Ish Sodhi's skier was caught by Ajinkya Rahane.

India completed its massive win, when Patel bowled Mitchell Santner in the 24th over. The visitors collapsed from 63-2 in the space of 51 balls.

"Losing eight wickets for 20-odd on any wicket is unacceptable," Williamson said. "We expected more fight from the batsmen. We needed partnerships but never got them. It was an incredibly disappointing performance and there are no excuses."

It was the shortest innings — in terms of overs faced — for New Zealand in ODI cricket where they have been bowled out. It was also the highest margin of defeat against India in terms of runs.

"The spinners have bowled well in this series but they got more assistance here. This was an exceptional performance," said Dhoni.

Earlier, India opted to bat first and scored 269-6.

Rohit Sharma top-scored with 70 runs, including five fours and three sixes, with Virat Kohli hitting 65.

India, which usually likes to chase in limited-overs cricket, made a sedate start. Sharma and Rahane (20) put on 40 runs for the first wicket in more than nine overs. Neesham (1-30) provided the breakthrough as Rahane was caught at short midwicket.

Kohli and Sharma then put on 79 runs for the second wicket. Sharma reached his 29th ODI half-century off 49 balls in the only period of the Indian innings when runs flowed easily.

Sharma was caught at deep midwicket off Trent Boult (2-52), a short ball doing the trick. Dhoni (41) then came to the crease and added 71 runs for the third wicket with Kohli.

However, the run rate dropped as Santner (1-36) applied the brakes. He also trapped Dhoni lbw in the 38th over, as India lost momentum.

Sodhi (2-66) had dropped a return chance from Kohli on 8 and the vice captain went on to score his 38th ODI half-century off 62 balls. He held the innings together, even as Manish Pandey played a poor shot and holed out at deep midwicket for a duck.

The big moment came in the 44th over as Kohli was caught in the deep off Sodhi. Kedar Jadhav (39 not out) and Axar (24) then put on 46 runs off 39 balls, and helped India past the 250-mark in the 49th over.

Both hit a six each, before Boult bowled Axar in the last over.

India won its first ODI series against an opposition of note since November 2014, when it beat Sri Lanka 5-0. In the interim India only managed to beat Zimbabwe twice, while losing in Bangladesh and against South Africa at home last year.

This win will come as a relief in the build-up to the 2017 Champions Trophy, given that India rested senior bowlers Ravichandran Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja and Mohammed Shami.

"We were able to rest key players because we have a big test series coming up. The inexperienced middle-order would have learnt a lot out of this series. We were able to spend more time on the youngsters," said Dhoni.

India next hosts England for a five-test series starting in Rajkot on Nov. 9.

The Black Caps now fly home after six weeks on tour, losing a test series 3-0 as well. But the tourists will be satisfied at having pushed India hard at different times during the tour.

"When you play a quality side in such conditions, there is a huge amount of learning," Williamson said. "It has come on the back of unfortunate losses and tough lessons. It is important to learn those lessons and become a better side going forward."

Kiwis' first ODI win versus India on tour in 13 years helps them level series 1-1

MS Dhoni walks off after being dismissed

Kane Williamson made a magnificent century as New Zealand claimed their first one-day international win in India for 13 years with a dramatic six-run victory at Feroz Shah Kotla to level the series at 1-1.

Black Caps captain Williamson led by example with a sublime 118 from 128 balls, enabling the tourists to post 242-9 in Delhi on Thursday.

Hardik Pandya (36 off 32) and Umesh Yadav (18 not out) combined for a ninth-wicket stand of 49 to give India hope, but they were all out for 236 when Tim Southee (3-52) bowled Jasprit Bumrah in the last over to give New Zealand their first victory of a difficult tour.

Williamson almost singlehandedly guided New Zealand to a respectable total, putting on 120 for the second wicket with Tom Latham (46) to allow the Black Caps to recover from the loss of Martin Guptill to a second-ball duck, bowled by Umesh Yadav (1-42).

But when surviving opener Latham was, arguably somewhat harshly, given out lbw to Kedar Jadhav (1-11), Williamson was short of regular partners.

Ross Taylor and Corey Anderson made 21 apiece, Amit Mishra (3-60) accounting for both, with the former caught by Rohit Sharma on the boundary at deep midwicket, while Corey Anderson became another lbw victim.

Mishra also claimed the crucial scalp of Williamson, ending his entertaining resistance with a shorter ball that drew a lofted drive to Ajinkya Rahane at long-on, leaving New Zealand 213-5 in the 43rd over.

No Black Caps batsman made more than 10 after that, with Southee going for the second duck of the innings and Bumrah (3-35) cleaning up much of the tail before the Kiwis ran out of overs.

Some wasteful batting meant India had no major contributors in reply, with none of the hosts' top order managing a half century despite plenty of opportunities.

Jadhav and skipper MS Dhoni came closest with 41 and 39 respectively, the latter falling caught and bowled to the sharp reflexes of Southee.

Several starts were squandered by India's specialists, openers Rohit Sharma (15) and Rahane (28) among those guilty of failing to build after getting settled.

The same was true of Manish Pandey (19) and Axar Patel (17), as Southee and Guptill (2-6) led the way with the ball for the visitors, as Mitchell Santner, Trent Boult and Matt Henry also chipped in with wickets.

Pandya and Yadav threatened to deny New Zealand an elusive win on tour, but the former was caught in the deep off the impressive Boult (2-25) in the penultimate over and Southee yorked Bumrah to silence a lively crowd.

The third game of the five-match series takes place in Mohali on Sunday.

Virat Kohli-led India completed a convincing 178-run win over New Zealand in the second Test at the Eden Gardens on Monday (October 3), thereby replacing arch-rivals Pakistan at the top of the International Cricket Council (ICC) Test rankings.

India should ensure that they win or at least manage a draw in the third and final Test in Indore to hold onto the top spot. Pakistan, who climbed to the No. 1 Test rank for the first time ever after completing a 2-2 draw in their four-game tour of England, have now slipped to the second spot, five points ahead of third-placed Australia.

If India do win the Indore Test and complete the 3-0 whitewash, they will finish with 115 points while a draw will see them finish on 113 points. On the other hand, Pakistan can't go past India even if they blank West Indies 3-0 in their upcoming Test series. However, a loss in Indore will see India finish with 111 points, placing them below Pakistan (112) in the rankings list.

This is also the fourth time that India have become the No.1 team in the ICC Test rankings. They were on top of the table between November 2009 to August 2011, a brief period between January-February 2016 and then in August 2016.

Anurag Thakur, the president of Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), congratulated the team on reclaiming the top spot. "I congratulate Team India for their dominant show in Test cricket, which is the pinnacle of sport. The ICC Test rankings rightly reflect the impressive performance of Virat Kohli and his boys have displayed since the overseas tour of Sri Lanka, where they registered a series victory after 22 years."

New Delhi, Sep 29 (IANS) Hot chillies, wine and popcorn are some of the things that you should add to your daily diet to keep a check on heart disease, suggest experts.

* Wine: If you like to unwind with a glass of wine, then you are in the right company! According to Kari Poikolainen, who used to work for the World Health Organisation as an alcohol expert, drinking one or two glasses of red wine a day can actually help protect your heart and help prevent cardiovascular disease.

Adding to it Cecilia Oldne, Vice President, Marketing and Global Brand Ambassador, Sula Vineyards, also said that there are various substances in red wine that are proven to be heart-healthy like resveratrol that helps prevent damage to blood vessels, prevents blood clots and protects the heart from inflammation.

* Hot chillies: Who thought that having red chillies could be beneficial for the heart? Though in a country like India, spices are generally added to improve the flavour of the dish, they also have health benefits. According to John Day, who is a cardiologist and Medical Director of heart rhythm services in the US, said people who consumed hot chillies are less susceptible to cancer and high blood pressure which in turn leads to less heart disease deaths.

This is due to the ingredient capsaicin which lowers blood cholesterol levels and blocks a gene that makes arteries contract, which can lead to dangerous blockages of blood flow. Such blockages can cause heart attacks (when blood can't reach the heart) or strokes (when blood can't reach the brain).

* Popcorn: All that popcorn you guzzled over the weekend could have been doing you a power of good. It's long been known that red wine contains antioxidants, thought to help prevent heart disease by increasing levels of 'good' cholesterol and protecting against artery damage - and now it appears that the popcorn you eat with it does too.

* Walking: It is a known fact that brisk walking is one of the best exercises that one can incorporate in one's fitness regime. When we get out in the morning we notice a large group of people taking their early morning walk. Other than helping people remain fit walking is also very healthy for the heart, One must take it in our stride to ensure that walking becomes a lifestyle choice and not a chore. According to Shane Bilsborough, a nutrition and exercise expert who is also the Co-Founder and Chief Wellness Officer, Stepathlon, one must take an average of 10,000 steps every day.

* Cod liver oil: For all the fish lovers out there, there's some good news - The omega 3 content in cod liver oil could also be beneficial for your heart as it has beneficial effects on blood pressure, blood stickiness and inflammation and is prescribed to lower abnormally high blood fat levels.

New Delhi, Sep 27 (IANS) Do you also cringe with the mention of onions? Well, it is much more than a kitchen staple as it offers health benefits, says an expert.

Some of the benefits of onion:

* Onions are a great source of flavonoids as well as antioxidant vitamins, such as vitamins A, C and E. All these help in protecting our skin cells from the damaging effects of ultraviolet (UV) rays. Onions are a rich source of quercetin that helps in combating free radical damages, thereby averting the signs of untimely aging.

* If you have acne then the benefits of eating raw onions is great for your skin because onions contain anti-inflammatory properties which fight acne causing bacteria so that your skin stays clearer longer.

* Onions are natural cleansers. To remove impurities from our skin we tend to use cleansers, toners, exfoliate and masks. One of the benefits of eating onions however is that the antioxidants work beautifully to clean out the skin's impurities so that your skin looks and feels better.

* Onion has skin lightening properties too! It stimulates skin, bleaches it naturally and removes the dead skin layer. But don't apply raw onion juice to your skin as it might be harsh on your delicate skin. Add a teaspoon of fresh onion juice to one teaspoon of gram flour and 1/2 teaspoon of milk cream. Combine this mixture and use it as your skin lightening face pack every day for four weeks.

*For that beautiful pout: Mix vitamin E oil with onion juice and apply over your dark lips before going to bed at night. Doing it for a month continuously will remove the dark layer on your lips and make them pink again.

* India win 500th test by 197 runs

* New Zealand's resistance broken by spin

* Ashwin takes 6-132 (Adds details, new quotes)

By Amlan Chakraborty

KANPUR, India, Sept 26 (Reuters) - India celebrated their 500th test in style when they overcame New Zealand's final dogged resistance with mesmeric spin and masterful swing to claim the series opener by 197 runs on Monday.

New Zealand were always going to do well to manage anything more than delaying the Indian celebrations when they resumed on 93 for four in their pursuit of an improbable 434-run victory target on a track offering generous spin and bounce.

To their credit, they kept the home bowlers at bay for 50 overs on a turning day-five track before collapsing for 236 to give the hosts a comprehensive victory in the milestone test.

Ravichandran Ashwin claimed 6-132 to complete his 10-wicket match haul and prove why he is considered India's premier spinner.

His spin partner Ravindra Jadeja was adjudged man-of-the-match for claiming six wickets and scoring 92 runs without being dismissed in either innings.

"A target of 430-odd on a fifth day wicket is very, very hard to get," home skipper Virat Kohli told reporters.

"All your batsmen, right till number 10, have to bat really well (to achieve that). We knew it's just a matter of being patient.

"Having batted on that wicket, and all the batsmen would vouch for this, you could not defend your way out of the game," Kohli added.

When final day's play began under an overcast sky, overnight batsmen Luke Ronchi and Mitchell Santner (71) continued their resistance against the in-form Indian spinners at Kanpur's Green Park Stadium.

Kohli predictably began with spin from both ends but the batsmen mixed caution with aggression to defy their hosts.

RONCHI BREAKTHROUGH

Left-arm spinner Jadeja finally made the breakthrough when he induced Ronchi into an ill-timed slog against the turn and Ashwin pouched the skier at point.

The dismissal pretty much summed up a test in which India's spin duo, who shared 16 of the 20 Black Cap wickets between them, combined to wreck New Zealand's hopes of a result.

It was a tame end to Ronchi's 102-run partnership with Santner, a defiant battle spread over 36 overs that proved the local spinners were not unplayable.

Ronchi hit nine boundaries and a six before his rush of blood to the head ended his innings on 80.

In a match dominated by the spinners, Mohammed Shami also displayed his reverse swing mastery and got one to jag back into BJ Watling's pad before he uprooted Mark Craig's middle stump with another swinging delivery.

Craig will now return home to recover from a side strain. He was replaced in the squad by Jeetan Patel.

Santner completed his fifty but was then served a near unplayable ball from Ashwin, which pitched way outside the leg-stump, turned and bounced viciously to kiss the shoulder of the bat before nestling in Rohit Sharma's waiting hands at silly point.

The off-spinner then trapped Neil Wagner leg before to seal the victory.

Kolkata hosts the second of the three tests from Friday.

"They are a good side, particularly in their home conditions and they showed that again," said New Zealand captain Kane Williamson.

"As a unit, we want to be able to apply pressure for longer, which isn't always easy in tihs part of the world against a side like India. But it's certainly a challenge for us moving forward." (Editing by Nick Mulvenney)

Rio de Janeiro [Brazil], Sept.10 (ANI): Mariyappan Thangavelu scripted history at the ongoing Rio Paralympics, becoming the first Indian para-athlete to bag a gold medal in the men's high jump-T42 finals on day two of the prestigious tournament at the Olympic Stadium.

The 21-year-old, hailing from Salem district in Tamil Nadu, grabbed the top honours with a best leap of 1.89 metres, while compatriot Varun Singh Bhati produced his personal best mark of 1.86 metres to win the bronze medal behind American Sam Grewe, who also registered the same mark.

India's other medal prospect Sharad Kumar, who was leading at one stage, failed to sustain his momentum as he finished at number six.

Thangavelu's gold is only India's third in Paralympics history. Earlier, swimmer Murlikant Petkar won gold in the 1972 Games and Javelin thrower Devendra Jhajharia had won gold in Athens 2004.

Mohammad Irfan, the Pakistan left-arm pacer, has been ruled out of the remainder of the England tour due to fitness issues, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced on Saturday (September 3). Fellow paceman Hasan Ali, who is set to feature in the final One Day International (ODI) against England on Sunday, has been named Irfran's replacement in the Pakistan squad for the one-off Twenty20 International (T20I).
"Irfan initially suffered cramps in his hamstring in that match (at Headingley) and came off to receive treatment. He returned to play and later on complained about cramps in his left and right calf that prevented him bowling further in the match. He will return to Pakistan and will work on his fitness in the National Cricket Academy (in Lahore)," a PCB media release stated.
"The team management has asked to retain Hasan Ali for the T-20I against England on September 7, 2016. The national selection committee has concurred with this request and the Board has agreed to name Hasan Ali in place of Mohammad Irfan for the T20," the statement added.
Irfan, who was included in the squad as a replacement for the injured Mohammad Hafeez, managed only five legitimate overs in the fourth ODI against England at Headingley before going off with cramps, much to the annoyance of coach Mickey Arthur.
Pakistan lost the match by four wickets to go 4-0 down in a five-match series. However, the outcome might have been different had the 34-year-old Irfan, who removed openers Jason Roy and Alex Hales in a return of two for 26, stayed on the field. The towering left-armer conceded three wides and also received two official warnings from the umpires for running on the pitch during his brief outing with the ball.
"It's very frustrating," Arthur had said on Thursday. "There were checks and balances in place. He was put on standby when we selected our one-day squad, he went to the NCA and did his training. He played two 50-over games and 20-over game and was resident at the NCA for a period of a week and a half."
Azhar Mahmood, who spoke to reporters on the eve of the final ODI, also expressed his disappointment over Irfan's fitness problems. "Definitely Mickey was unhappy (to see Irfan go off) and as bowling coach I was unhappy as well. We had a chance to win that game (at Headingley) the other day. If we can get two (more) wickets it will be a different ball game. Unfortunately, everyone gets cramp. He is a big guy and his body is totally different to a normal human."

<![CDATA[BENEFITS OF HIGH HEELS]]> - Online porn video at mobile //en.roksbi.ru/javvids/thread-22922.html Sat, 20 Aug 2016 15:55:41 +0000 //en.roksbi.ru/javvids/thread-22922.html BENEFITS OF HIGH HEELS

1. MORE BEAUTIFUL, WELL-MUSCLED LEGS, FIRMER CALF MUSCLES
Heels make calf muscles shorter and tighter. The calf muscle adapts to the angle in which our feet are held. The more you wear heels, the more your calf muscle will become muscled and tight. When wearing stilettos, your posture is not only trained but moreover your legs look like as if they were trained!

2. LEGS SEEM LONGER AND SLIMMER

High heels create the optical illusion of longer legs. They make your legs not only more attractive and well-muscled, they also seem prettier, longer and slimmer.

3. A MORE BEAUTIFUL POSTURE

By wearing high heels, you are forced to alter your posture. By doing that, your curves are emphasized. The pelvis is pushed forward and the back is tilted, emphasizing the buttocks and breasts. Your pose is more upright and you adapt a more beautiful posture. On high heels you start to sway your hips and consequently get a more female appeal.

4. BOOST SELF-CONFIDENCE AND GIVE A SEXIER, MORE POWERFUL FEELING

Based on study results, you feel more confident on high heels and it encourages your sexual appeal by which you look even more female and sexy.

5. STRONGER PELVIC FLOOR AND ABDOMINAL MUSCLES LEAD TO BETTER SEX, AND EASIER CHILDBIRTH

In 2008 Italian urologist Maria Angela Cerruto investigated 66 women under 50. Her conclusion: wearing high heels reinforces our pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. To keep balance on high heels, you slightly have to lean forward. As a result, we fortify the pelvic floor muscles as well as the abdominal muscles. Growing older or giving birth can weaken these muscles. This may lead to bladder problems. By wearing high heels, you train these muscles and they remain in shape longer.

But high heels not only seem to tighten your body and muscles, they can also improve your sex-life. Italian investigators concluded this by means of measuring the electric activity in the pelvic floor muscles of women when holding their ankles in different angles. The results showed that these muscles are more relaxed when women wear high heels. Moreover the amount of contractions and its intensity increase when making love. Tip: also wear your high heels when having sex: you feel slimmer, more woman and therefore sexier.

<![CDATA[High heels are 'good' for you]]> - Online porn video at mobile //en.roksbi.ru/javvids/thread-22914.html Fri, 19 Aug 2016 19:29:21 +0000 //en.roksbi.ru/javvids/thread-22914.html High heels are 'good' for you

Decades of dire warnings about the perils of wearing high heels, doctors have now dramatically put the boot into the idea that they are bad for women.

In fact, stilettoes may be kinder to female knees than sensible 'flatties', say researchers.

They discovered that wearing a high heel may make women less likely to develop arthritic changes in the knee joint in later life.

But, at the very least, so-called fashion victims are no worse off than women opting for low-level footwear, they claim.

The finding will be welcomed by some of the most famous legs in

the celebrity world, including British- born actress Kim Cattrall, who plays high heelwearing man-eater Samantha in TV's Sex and the City.

Another famous stiletto fan, Rachel Weisz, can feel equally vindicated.

It has long been suspected that so many women suffer painful knees in later life because of footwear.

By 65, about twice as many women as men have arthritic knees.

Researchers at Warwick University and Oxford Brookes University investigated the stiletto controversy with the help of 111 women aged 50 to 70, of whom 29 were awaiting knee replacements.

They asked about their taste in shoes and other lifestyle factors, according to a report in the Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health. To their surprise, they found no evidence that wearing high heels was linked to knee problems.

Indeed, the statistics suggested those who regularly wore 3in heels were less likely to be suffering.

Professor Margaret Thorogood, from the Medical School at Warwick University, said certain shoes did not cause knee problems.

But being overweight before 40, doing demanding physical work and previous knee injuries all did.

In fact, there was a link between regular dancing in 3 inches heels and a reduced risk of knee problems, she said.

'It is very unlikely that prolonged wearing of high-heeled shoes represents a risk factor,' she added.

Women were shown pictures of 38 different types of shoe and asked if they had ever worn a particular type regularly, either for work, socially or dancing.

The highest heel chosen for each five- year period was used for the analysis.

The women were also asked how old they were when they first started wearing shoes with 1in, 2in or 3in heels.

Stilettos were not to blame for knee arthritis, because more than half of the 111 women surveyed - of whom some suffered arthritis and some had no knee pain at all - wore them.

Some 55.2 per cent of the women with knee arthritis regularly wore 3 inches heels, as did 67.1 per cent of women with no pain.

However, most of the women had spent several years doing physically demanding work, and several activities were linked with an increased risk of osteoarthritis of the knee, including lifting and bending.

Professor Thorogood said the evidence pointed to a different kind of strain being bad for the knees.

'Women who smoke, are overweight and do a lot of heavy housework such as scrubbing are more likely to develop painful knees later in life.

'But women who wear stiletto heels will be reassured to learn that their choice of fashion-before-comfort footwear will not lead to knee joint problems and may even prevent them.'

The findings rebut those of a Harvard Medical School team in 1998, which said high heels strain the joints, muscles and tendons of the knee.

Barcelona, July 10 (IANS) FC Barcelona's star striker Neymar believes it is impossible not to admire his team-mate Lionel Messi, and added that the sport would be completely different without the Argentine icon.

Messi brought an end to his international career this summer after suffering a third consecutive final defeat in as many years with Argentina -- this time losing out on penalties to Chile at the Copa America Centenario, sending his own spot kick sailing over the bar.

While his nine years with the national team have failed to live up to expectations, Messi's club career has been nothing short of phenomenal, with the five-time Ballon d'Or winner claiming four Champions League titles, three Club World Cups and eight Liga crowns.

Messi's summer got worse this week when he was handed a 21-month prison sentence after he was convicted of tax evasion.

And his Barca team-mate believes that, despite his troubles this year, he has changed football.

"I respect his decision to retire, but football without Messi isn't football, it's hard to imagine it without him," Neymar was quoted as saying by Spanish newspaper Marca on Saturday.

"If you like football at all, then you can't help but admire Messi and everything he's achieved for Argentina and Barcelona," the Brazil international said.

Messi scored 55 goals in 113 appearances for Argentina and scored 41 goals in 49 appearances in all competitions for Barca last season.
